DEF for my Dodge?

I keep a jug of Blue DEF in the spare bedroom. Because, it degrades with heat and sunlight.

Expectations for shelf life as defined by ISO Spec 22241-3 are the minimum expectations for shelf life when stored at constant temperatures. If stored between 10 and 90 deg F, shelf life will easily be one year. If the maximum temperature does not exceed approximately 75 deg F for an extended period of time, the shelf life will be two years.

Our local WalMart goes through A TON of their DEF so it's always fresh.

In 52000 miles all DEF has been Peak Blue DEF all but one from Wally World. The one not from WM was from a Loves truck stop in the middle of NV.

DEF can also be found at Class 8 truck dealerships, construction and ag dealerships.

Those industries haven’t figured out how powerful and efficient new gasser engines are :B

Correct; unlike motor oil, there is no good/better/best, it must meet a standard and it's all the same, like buying isopropyl alcohol at the drug store.

Buy the cheapest you can find. I use the WalMart SuperTech house brand at $7.88 per 2.5 gal jug.

Nope, I don’t. Because my truck doesn’t need def....but if it did, or I’m filing up a work truck I d buy it at the pump if it was convienent.

It’s made of two of the cheapest compounds known to mankind, so incentive to make it cheaper is lacking, as well as outright illegal.

Traveling I mainly use the truck Stops and do fill my "RAM" with dEF at them. Otherwise I pick up PEAK DEF at The WallaCost.

RAM since 2013, Dodge died at the end of the 2012 model year.
