Every time when this type of thread devolves into griping about U.S. industrial decline of the RV construction, I have to chuckle.
It’s the old wanting a Caddy on a VW budget.
Whenever Mr. Ryan from DownUnder posts about their caravans and the quality of such, hardly anyone on this forum ever says they would pay what those caravans cost. Just the opposite.
Obviously, there is not a market for factory produced high quality, expensive trailers, other than Airstreams. And they have their critics, too.
Anyhow, it’s just another first world problem. How terrible.
I’m perfectly happy with my mass produced, inexpensive, I better maintain it or it will fall apart, orphaned, maybe Amish built, trailer.
