Ditto on both of the above.
Jamming the cord back in the box is an exercise in futility, and the colder the outside temp is, the harder it is to get the &*(@#^ cord in the box.
I've also scuffed up my hands on the interior edges of the door opening of the box trying to reach in a rearrange the cord to get it to fit.
Removable cord - weather tight! Also, mice and other 4 legged critters can climb up the power cord and make their way in through the cord entry like they can on a cord that is jammed in to a box.
