Dicor rubber roof Protectant-Is it waste on EPDM roof?

I own a 2014 Primetime tracer. I believe its a EPDM roof. I purchased new last year.. I will admit I never once went on the roof my first year of ownership.. my dealer offers two free roof inspections...

Lie I mentioned above a mild detergent such as spic n span or dawn with a soft brush as needed willnot wear or ccompromise the membrane. I would definitely stay away from the rubber roof cleaners and conditioners. I believe they will actually remove the top layer of the chalked membrane along with the grime.
