I was referring to using commercial cleaners...sweeping and rinsing is basic common sense.Mine looks just like that at the end of 6 months at the seasonal site....sweep and rinse and good to go. Every time you scrub an EPDM roof you shorten the life by removing material. BTW...that is not the case with TPO roofing but still no treatments should be used.
