Nope, that's 900 lbs of distributed weight to the truck axles. Tongue weight will be more.
Considering many setups (with WDH own weight considered) have 80% of tongue weight distributed to truck axles and 20% distributed to trailer axles, that tongue weight would be 1125 lbs, way over the hitches rated 1050 lbs limit. Definitely not safe.
OP needs to get hitch scale to weigh the tongue weight to see what it actually is.
