  • Lol a little "frozen friday" humor...hope all you guys are staying warm!!! :B

My Dad was always a GM guy...I owned a 94 SHO that I had for 9 years, it was a great car! Also had a 00 Expedition that I traded for the burb. Loved driving the Expy but it wasn't holding up towing a heavy TT.

My dad did too because Ford put the distributor in the front of the motor...made it easy to change points and condenser. Hated Chevy's for the same reason. Loved the Chevy's in his racing boats though. haha
  • Mostly Fords, a couple mercury's, and there was a Datsun as well. The only time we had to walk was When the clutch went out on that 1978 Datsun Station wagon.

I guess looking back my family has had a history of very reliable vehicles.

  • No, For as long as I can remember, my dad either owned Pontiac's, Buick's or Chevrolet's.
  • My dad had a 1927 Model T Ford. I have pictures of him and mom standing beside it.
My brother has a 1931 Model A Ford coupe.

I only had to walk a mile to school.

X2 - and uphill both ways.

We had a Chevy that we pushed around a lot. It even stalled once going down a bridge.
