How well do small diesels in sedans, SUVs, CUV's sell in Australia and as a rough % of total vehicles sold in these categories ?

How much does fuel generally go for...diesel and gas..and do you sell fuel by gallon (Imperial) or metric...liters in Australia ?

Also do GM and Ford sell the GM/Ford V8's in vehicles much or at all ?

You may have discussed these issues before, but I can't recall.
