Actually the danger of bio is that it both attracts and bonds to moisture. The lube properties of bio are great but it if brings water with it damage is going to follow.
Much like ethanol you dont run it in small motors or boats! Im always skeptical of studies who paid for it? I Know the fleet operator here uses Power service diesel fuel additive.We are in a cold weather area also but I use it year round.
