And Flying J, Pilot, Loves, Murphy Oil (aka Wal Mart) try to maximize profits as well, but now produce bio diesel.
And you didn't answer my question. What does it tell you? What are you getting at?
The Flying J's and Pilot etc...etc... don't have the engineering staff like the big oil companies. IMO the big oil companies have stayed away from bio diesel because of potential liabilities that occur from bad bio. In addition the big oil companies have their own additives division so perhaps their more comfortable with adding the in house designed additives to diesel rather than a bio additive.
