You can use up to B-20. I use Standyne with every fill...but you will have to make that judgement on your own. Lots of opinions on that....BUT B-20 is listed in the manual as the max biofuel blend.
D2 is #2 diesel, and you are fine. Regardless, I am not aware of any fuel sold in the US that will not run in our engine. Some other diesel engines...older or other makes, will not run B20...but you can.
