As stated you can't get anything other than ULSD in the USA and Canada. Mexico still sells the good stuff (LSD) but not so much for your MY of truck. In fact it will cause you problems with the DPF and sensors.
I also agree you can run up to B20 with your truck. Mine is only rated to use B5 and I've been running it without any problems the last 5 years or so. Just me but I look for the B handle every time I fuel up for the better lube to the pump and injectors. I would certainly be using it in a CP.4 HPFP truck which you have.
Rest assured the B pump won't hurt your engine, rather give you some assurance as to the fuel delivery system of today's vehicles.
