Diesel motor oil/fuel filter question
I have a 2005 Dodge 2500 with diesel engine with 72K miles. local large truck repair service manager suggested I use Baldwin oil filter BT7349 Baldwin Fuel Filter PF7977 any of you guys...

Fuel. I just replaced mine yesterday. Opened the box and the new one said Fleetgaurd on it, with Mopar & Cummins on it also. The old one is identical. It says StrataPore on the box with the pic of the filter. It's a two layer (inner/outer) element, 5 micron with 10 micron water stripping capabilities. The way I see it is it's the same as what came on the truck and as long as it's OEM the warranty should not be void. I know there are one or two that may be better but OEM is good in my book. FYI I have 9890 miles on it, but it's been 12 months so I'm going with the time part.
