If you can find where he says the original tank is "full to the brim" please point it out. Or are you assuming that's what he meant?
Uhh, I did read it, several times, which is why I asked the question. At one point he said the auxiliary tank was full, he took the cap off to see if there was a pressure build-up. Quote:
"But, it did no good. When I opened the filler tube cap, diesel continued to poor out.... In fact I would say it was gushing out." Now this was after he had taken the cap off the auxiliary tank to check for pressure build-up, so he appears to be talking about the main/OEM tank. However he says: "The original tank is 2/3 full and the auxiliary tank is full." Nowhere does he say the stock/OEM tank is full to the brim. In fact here is the first couple lines:
"Yesterday, I noticed diesel was leaking out under my truck. I checked all connections and none of them were leaking. I remove the cap from the filler tube and Diesel started pouring out.
The original tank is 2/3 full and the auxiliary tank is full. I have taken several trips with no problem."
According to that the original tank is 2/3 full and he has fuel pouring out.
