As some of you may have read, I need to buy a bigger truck and am considering a dually ( among other things ). I've also found a few newer trucks with diesel engines that fall into my budget, but dies...

If you want a diesel and low RPM towing, go for it. But I would consider a diesel tow rig a "premium" item.
So did he recommend a gasser that will do the job cheaper or did he not have the repair or fuel numbers for a comparison?
