I never thought of a vehicle as an investment and it's even hard to think of one as an asset cuz they depreciate so fast. It's good that resale value came up. I sold a 97 ctd with ~100k miles and recouped all the diesel up-front premium as compared to what similar gassers were bringing. I also sold it to the first caller, out of state buyer, sight unseen, for full asking price. I never could sell a gasser like that! Craig
