OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

Truth be told...this isn't a pi$$ing contest here. As stated earlier, a TV is going to be a personal decision. I owned an '05 Duramax....absolutely fantastic truck that was crazy with power and as quick as a big block gasser. But times changed for myself and my family....I didn't need the diesel anymore....move on. I now have a V10....and wow, I can't say enough good about it. Mileage?? Who cares, I have the vehicle for one purpose (well a few actually), and that is to tow my camper when and where I'd like. We all can agree that we do not own these ridiculously large vehicles because they get great gas mileage. If you want mileage, by a hybrid and a perm. site somewhere and knock yourself out. In the mean time...enjoy what you have infront of you and happy camping....that's what we're here.
