Are we talking new or used? The answer to this question will vary all over the place depending on the year and model you're looking at. There have been many different problems with each manufacturers product over the years.
Right now I don't know of any major issues with any of them. Dodge seems to have fixed their weak automatics. Ford seems to finally have a decent diesel. GM's product has been pretty steady all along but many don't like them because the look and ride aren't macho or truck-like enough.
From my experience with all three brands it would be GM 1st, RAM 2nd, Ford last.
