Not sure why you said the 3.55 didn't come with a towing package. The truck I'm looking at clearly has one and the door sticker confirms the gearing.
I'll try to negotiate the best I can, but it's been extremely tough finding anything in a crew cab that has 130k or less for miles for around the $10k mark.
I may be wrong,however I had a 2006 F150 4x4 Scab
It had the 7200gvw Tow package that had 3.73
If it has the receiver hitch,trans cooler,posi and big gas tank and 7 pin hitch it has tow package.
