I think, but can't find the info on the MTO website, that is how the vehicle is used and licenced. Personal use (including RVs) or commercial use).
My neighbour (RIP) had a 3/4t Ram and he had to get the annual inspection $$$ done, because he also used the truck for pulling horse and equipment trailers. He told me if it were only for the 5th wheel , he would not have to get the inspection.
He said that the yellow inspection sticker is quite visible to the MTO inspection commercial enforcement officers (not police) and without it, pulling a commercial trailer, you would be in trouble.
