Difficulty removing lens off LED lamps in Flagstaff 27 RLWS

My RV has LED lamps as shown below. If you have these lamps - What is the best way to remove the lens? I need to remove the little styrofoam debris trapped there. Gently prying I was able to ...

Those little Styrofoam thingys will last forever! Our '07 ROO still had them and we showed the new owners how to remove the 2 plastic lenses to clean. Rocky has his share, but that'll be part of the spring cleaning. Agree that just calling FR is likely the fastest and easiest.
