The dealer did indeed give me a walk-through familiarization.
When setting it up for me, they discovered the fridge didn't work on propane, and ordered the parts.
It isn't their fault I live 250 miles away.
I should have left them out of this, because they did their job.
I regret saying otherwise.
The more I get to know this camper, though, the more apparent it is that it was put together by people who either took no pride in their work, weren't trained to do good work, or were not given adequate time to do good work.
Again, hopefully it is just little things. Why should I think that, though?
I have spent 10 years telling people that one pays a little more for a Lance, but it is money well-spent.
I never had a single problem attributable to Lance in my 10 years with the 1010.
The standard of attention to detail in this new one is not even in the same ballpark.
