Assuming a camper takes 150 man hours to build, they have to be paying less than $20 an hour. Actually that would only mean about $100 profit to Lance after all of those overhead expenses.
I don't think I will go into the camper business anytime soon :-)
Can you even buy a new lance for $20 grand?
