Disappointed in my new Lance
I've had it 2 weeks today. The fridge didn't work on propane, which cost me a 500 mile, 2 day round trip to the dealer, much of which was in an ice storm. Should have found the faulty thermoco...

As I have made increasingly clear, I regret starting this thread.
I had just returned from a 500 mile ice-drive to repair a brand-new Norcold fridge, and should have cooled off before posting about cabinet latches.
The outdoor shower just had a tangled hose.
The fridge wasn't Lance's fault, and the latches were fairly easily corrected, as was the hose.
Since then, I have used everything in the camper, adjusted the latches, and I am a happy clam.
This 2013 is better-built than my 2004, I think, so far.
Another reason I regret my honest, frustrated, initial post is that it provided an opportunity for Lance haters to hate.
I remain a Lance man. Proud to be.
