Hi in my opinion alot of stuff that is made for us to enjoy and waste money on is made without care, from the most expensive to the cheepest. I know when I buy something most times I need to tweek it to make it work. I had problems with my new camper also, I just fix them. One of many things that happened to me that I couldn't believe was when I bought my new sailboat. In the factory they forgot to put sealant with the hundred screws that hold the deck to the hull. Every time the boat would heel over we took on water. That was a fun fix.:) Bill
