Discount Tire vs Goodyear tire and auto service

Assuming the price is exactly the same does anyone have any good reasons to pick one of the mentioned tire store over the other? I need to pick one over the other and figure you guys would have some g...

I just went to GY today for an order, TT and car. I'm a card holder so I got double rebates. Today they also did not charge me to mount/balance them and installed the high pressure valves.
The tire dates are brand new, don't know if that would be an issue elsewhere.
