There are at least 6 Discount Tire Stores in your area (Portland) and more across the river in Vancouver..

I've used them for a decade or more. see my very early post on how well they treat customers
actually they are now America's tire in Oregon. For a while in oregon and some other states they were "discount tire" coninsiding with the website.
