I just got back from Tires Plus, a local discount tire store in my area. I needed a leaking valve stem replaced on the wife's Buick. I brought the loose tire in and explained the issue. 5 minutes later, repair was complete. I asked if they broke the bead off the rim. Nope, just pulled the old and inserted new. Being the sceptic, I poured some water on the offending stem and watched it bubble. A second attempt was successful after I explained the detailed procedure for a leaking stem. Good help is hard to find.
