Most of those "reality" shows go far too slow, repeat what they already told you, twice, and spend more time talking to one another than 'working' ...
Discovery was once some great shows - but it seems now they all want to cut down the 'filming budget' so, repeat clips and turn a forty-minute show into a twenty-minute show. Have not seen this one specifically, but have noticed Nat Geo does the same thing - repeated monologues and film clips ever since Fox bought it. It becomes commercial instead of educational.
