Clever with the sliding rack. On the water bucket- Im assuming the lids not water tight so might find a dishpan to set in?
On the retainers, several hardware items that would work, small hasps, hook & eye etc. Think though as it wont take much to keep them from sliding out, something across front easily attached. Maybe 2 screw in eyes (like on ceiling) into center rails, one closed-one open enough to lift dowel out, dowel long enough to span just a bit past center bucket with pins (nails) so it cant slide out. Or carved square stock, but operates same, rounded end to stick in, thru one eye, slotted to be capture from sliding.
Seems like one of those simple projects you could spend more time eyeballing trying to be creative than actually doing....
Do they 'inspect' the campers? Isn't the point just not dumping on the ground-not how you manage that.
