Pretty much any 12V "ish" item that you would normally operate from a auto battery.
45A has the potential for possible "Ham" radio usage also for "HF" transceivers (provided the RFI is low enough) which can draw 20 or so amps at 13.8V at full output. Not to mention 2mtr/440mhz ham transceivers and so on..
If you don't have any use for it put it on craigslist and a good chance someone would buy it off you..
