I towed with both a gas and a diesel. Will never go back to gas even if I only tow a few times a year even if f I want to use my Ram 3500 CTD to drive back and forth to work every day. I am very happy with the costs involved with owning a diesel. Ironically, the only ones who have a problem about the costs of owning a diesel, are the ones who own a gasser. If you own a diesel, you shouldn’t have to even worry about the justification fo owning one unless someone else wants to start making your payments.
