Well said.... having said that I find it hard to believe that a ford V10 can out tow any hd diesel. Most likely the wife started yelling at the poor old guy and he had to pull off the go pedal. Ask me how I know!
The HD diesel they are referring to was in a Super C motorhome. Most Super C coaches are in the 300 hp range and have at least a 26k GVWR I believe. With that said , if he wants to pound his chest because a "DIESEL" couldn't pass him on the hill then more power to him. Those of us that truly know why we chose our diesels. I would have my diesel even if I didn't have anything to pull.
