i use the rvq for grilling: burgers, steaks, chicken breast, fresh caught fish
coleman portable skillet: bacon, eggs, flap jacks, sausage
weber jr smokie joe: roasts, ribs, complete birds
inside burner(s): boil water, veges, mac n cheese, pasta w sauce
microwave: popcorn, nuggets, mac n cheese
We use everything to its fullest potential. resale value? I see major losses on investments regardless if you cook inside, outside, or on the side of the camper.
I bring a small propane can, charcoal, or hook up to camper's low flow line depending on weekend's menu. Some days, we even bring the slow cooker.
