Don't feel too bad about it. Some refuse school bus conversions - or any bus conversions, some won't take regular motorhomes more than 10 years old, others refuse dogs entry, some won't admit kids and some that are really up themselves refuse ALL of the above - and charge such high prices that they effectively discriminate against most of the middle class as well.
Will never arise with us because if we can't find a great boondocking site, we will use a big-box store instead, preferably one that has free wifi.
