I have camped at one place where they allowed TC but you where not allowed to remove it from your truck.

I know Florida is one place you see many campgrounds with restrictions like Class A only, 55 or older only, no children, no tents, go big or stay home type of camping, but they allow dogs! Some of those campground are probably the most boring campground anyway.

A very helpfull Web site is Allstays http://www.allstays.com/, they list the restrictions upfront, very easy and efficient site.
