I am new to campers (but not RVing) and have only run into one camper "restriction": Removing the camper from the pickup was disallowed. When I questioned why I was told it was a liability issue: the camper could blow over and hurt someone.

Short of hurricanes and tornadoes, has anyone heard of a camper blowing over when properly lowered?
