A little bit more information is needed such as:
Was the solar system installed by the previous owner or by the factory? If it was factory installed, it will have a controller that will regulate the charge to the batteries. Most likely the previous owner would have installed it with a controller also.
Do you keep the camper plugged in to AC power (home) when it is not being used? If you do, the Charge Wizard (the battery charger in your camper) will keep the batteries charged at the proper level for the batteries to last as long as your car battery under most circumstances.
Do you keep the camper covered or under a roof when not in use? If you do, there will be no charge from the solar panel(s) to keep the batteries charged and the only way they will stay charged will be if you have the camper plugged into an AC power source.
The Charge Wizard will do a very good job of maintaining your batteries if you can keep your camper plugged in when not in use. If you are not able to keep it plugged in when not in use, the solar system should do an adequate job of keeping your batteries charged.
