I can say that comfort of "living" inside our TT was big reason for us to buy the one we did. DW made it clear that being cramped inside a tiny TT during bad weather was not enough improvement over pop-up camping to be worth the expense. Our family loves "movie night" while on our trips, too. So, getting a good living room with good tv view was a big factor.
Ours has a large one the back end wall and the angle from the couch, while not straight on, is very comfortable and can be angled on it's mount. Even better with 2 recliner chairs that can be moved out into the middle of the living room floor.
I think the 1 or 2 exit door issue depends on where it is placed and location of sleeping areas and dividing walls. Ours only has one door, just forward of the center of the TT, but we also only have one dedicated bedroom.
