Do we have any recourse?

So sorry about this...I remember all the work that went into this decision. Tempered glass shower doors are very popular and we never had a problem at all. Windows not opening??? Not acceptable at all. Agree you start climbing the management ladder. These are not just cosmetic issues but huge safety issues. Trailer Life magazine has a section for problems that cannot seem to be resolved. Maybe check into that and see what happens...they usually have pretty good luck. Those 2 trips were mighty pricey....should not be the case. Hope you can get this resolved.
