X2, I have always driven with the propane on for the same reason. I have heard other RVers express their opinion that the propane should be turned OFF when driving for safety reasons so I would suggest that each RVer do what is comfortable or makes sense to them. I am not aware of any law prohibiting the use of propane while driving.
