I checked with the Calif. DMV laws related to RV's. With regard to the levels of combustibility of "Gasoline, diesel and Propane" , they are all equal in terms of combustibility. I found no specific laws prohibiting the use of propane while the RV is moving. It is interesting question when you consider RV vehicles that run on propane?????
