Think about it though... If the pilot flame goes out because of the wind, the wind will blow away any raw propane and prevent it from building up to dangerous levels. As soon as you slow down to where the pilot flame will stay lit, it will light. That's even if the safeguards that are supposed to stop the flow of propane when the pilot goes out don't work.
