Do you drive with your propane on?
In the 30 some odd years I've been camping in truck campers and a motor home I have always driven with the propane on to run the fridge. All these years I had never concidered this might be dangerous ...

In the years when I did not have inverters and drove with refrigerator flame on, it happen couple of times that I forget to turn it off while fueling.
Finding the fact during fueling was not enjoyable at all and left bad feeling for long time.

Serious question....Given your apparent near death comments above concerning something that is statistically insignificant, how then with 50K+ automotive deaths every year, do you ever manage to get in a vehicle and drive on the Nation's roads without being paralyzed with fear? A person is EXPONENTIALLY more likely to be injured or die in a vehicle then to ever even read about the burner from an RV fridge igniting a gas station let alone have it happen to them.
We are definitely seeing the two extremes of the kind of people that live in CA in this exchange.
