There are no 2 sides of the coins.
Do you think all the tunnels and ferries require propane off at the tank just to annoy you?
There is a risk in driving with propane on, just on open road the results will be less tragic than in the tunnel.
You always will have people ignorant to common sense.
They will drive slowly on left lanes, remove catalytic converters to gain couple more HP and such.
And we all agree that life is always risky no matter what you do, but when you downplay "unnecessary risk" you are plain ignorant.
