I'm glad your trailer works for you but the "toilet in the closet" is a deal breaker for me. Also don't like the shower and sink in my bedroom. Personnel preference. Like having the bedroom separate from the main living area. Like having a 1/2 bath with its own door to the outside for kids and company to use.
There are items that make me scratch my head and wonder but people have different likes and dislikes. Agreed some things are basic like being able to directly look at the TV.
