I guess it's the same reason we have multiple flavors of ice cream too.. Not one flavor suits everyone..
I'm just a weekend 'camper' and don't need or want to haul a #9000, 4 slide, 3 television equipped TT to go 'camping'... :)
I've got 5 televisions in my house and that works for me, but when I go 'camping', I do bring the little 19" and the portable DVD player to watch a movie before bed time and if we can get the local news, I'll watch it in the AM/PM to get the local weather report, but that's all I want from it... At home, I'm a TV freak! I love my TVs! But, 'camping', all I want is to disconnect for a few days and enjoy not knowing anything! (except for the weather...)
Anyway, we all 'camp' the way we want to and that's great.. I wonder why folks do what they do and I'm sure they wonder about me too... That's just the way it is and that's fine with me...
In the end, hopefully you get the floorplan that works for you and that's all that matters... When I order my ice cream, I don't turn around and ask the person behind me if that's what they are going to get too... :)
