dodge 3500 cummins clutch fan engages on flat with no load

I've had this 2003 for just a month, still figuring things out. With the AC on, running empty on flat ground at 60mph the temp rises to about 210 and the clutch fan engages until the temp drops. ...

Before you do anything check and see how clean the cooling stack is.

I do this with the truck in a darkened garage and have someone shine a light on the cooling stack on the engine side while I look through from the front.

If you can not see the light or only part of the time, time to do some cleaning.

Also check for bent cooling fins on all four coolers.
