I only got my 01 up to 205 pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day running at 19,000# GCVW.
This was with the AC running full on!
Two more items
1. I run my Exhaust brake most of the time, also use for faster warm up in winter, In town lots of idling with EB on, still 190!!
2. I think the "Puke Bottle" went away after the 2002 model year, but were known to gum up the radiator real good, making it less than useful. To clean drain and spray with degreaser, and spray with a good stream of warm water DON'T pressure wash!
