dodge 3500 cummins clutch fan engages on flat with no load

If the thermostat didn't fix it then the radiator is next. The rad isn't as common, but they don't last forever.

That issue is a 2nd gen issue, so not relevant to 3rd gens. Then 3rd gen 5.9!dumps it's crankcase vent behind the axle. The 6.7 recycles it, but I don't recall where...intake I think.
